Apple Mail

1. Open Apple Mail.
    
2. Click 'Mail,' and select 'Preferences...'
   
    
3. Open the 'Accounts' tab, and click the plus sign (+) along the bottom to add a new account.
   
    
4. Enter 'mail.example.com' in the 'Incoming Mail Server:' field.
    
5. Enter your username (excluding '@example.com') in the 'User Name:' field.
   Note that your username may not be the same as the first part of your email address. It's the same username you use for Webmail.
    
6. Enter your password in the 'Password:' field.
   
   
    
7. Select 'Add Server...' from the pop-up labeled 'Outgoing Mail Server,' and enter 'mail.example.com' in the 'Outgoing Mail Server:' field.
    
8. Enter '25' in the 'Server port:' field, and ensure 'Authentication' is set to 'Password'.
   
    
9. Click OK to all the open dialog boxes.

Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve messages.
