Microsoft Outlook 2003 for Windows
- Open Outlook 2003.
- Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'E-mail Accounts'

- Select 'Add a new e-mail account,' and click 'Next.'

- Choose 'IMAP' as your server type by clicking the radio button, and click
'Next.'

If there is an option to "Manually Configure", we suggest you do so.
- Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:
User Information
Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the 'From:' field of outgoing messages.
Email Address: Enter your full email address (username@example.com)Server Information
Incoming mail server (IMAP): mail.example.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.example.comLogin Information
User Name: Enter your username (excluding '@example.com')
Note that your username may not be the same as the first part of your email address. It's the same username you use for Webmail.
Password: Enter your password

Click "More Settings", then the "Outgoing Server" tab, and ensure "My outgoing server requires authentication". You can use the same settings as the incoming server.

- Click 'Test Account Settings' After receiving 'Congratulations! All tests completed successfully,' click 'Close.'
- Click 'Next,' and then click 'Finish.'
Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve messages.
